- Prepares check vouchers for disbursement and fund transfers.
- Prepares Cash Position Report.
- Monitor and paid bills in QuickBooks.
- Maintains schedule of payables, due dates & other important schedules to substantiate disbursement records.
- Filing of vouchers and other important accounting related documents.
- Monitor Unliquidated Cash Advances.
- Process Wire Transfer Payments to foreign suppliers.
- Obtains daily Foreign Exchange Buy & Sell Rates.
- Replenishment of Petty Cash Fund.
- Prepares Weekly Financial Reports.
- Monitor Sales Invoice, Collection Receipts & Job Orders. (Reorder or renew)
- Fund Transfer of BPI & BDO Merchant Account to BPI Operating Account.
- Fund Transfer of BPI Operating Account to AUB Payroll Account.
- Maintains special deposits & payments to such accounts as follows;
- Assist preparation of Annual Income Tax Return and Financial Statements.
- Prepare documents for Annual Audit.
- Prepares requirements for Sales Invoice, Job Orders, and Collection Receipts new application of ATP.
